Why wasn’t this movie better? With Tina Fey and Amy Poehler together you would think it would be hilarious. Tina Fey was pretty tame and if it wasn’t for Amy Poehler there would have been very few laughs mostly coming from Steve Martin. I guess it is decent if you watch it on a sleepy night or a hungover Sunday morning but other than that not really worth a watch.

I put it on as a sleep movie and fell alseep half an hour into it. I finished it up the next following night. Two losers wanting the same job of being the manager of a grocery store. Since it stars John C. Reilly and Seann Willaim Scott you can predict how the movies is going to be. It was not as funny as I expected it to be and if John C. Reilly wasn’t in it I probably would not have finished watching it.

I actually though this was really cute and funny. Usually these types of movies are pretty standard with nothing more to offer than any other Rom-Com. Somehow this brought more, I cant’ really figure out what it brought though. This just seems different than the rest. Actually I don’t feel right calling it a Rom-Com. Oh yeah, I never realized how hot Mila Kunis was until I saw her in this.

We had a free rental code from Redbox so Shane picked a random movie from there and he picked Saw 5. Shane and I are not really Saw fans, we just watch them for the sake of watching them I guess, You basically know what you are getting into and by the time you watch the first couple you already are familiar with the franchise and you figure why not just continue to watch them regarless of the quality of them. These movies get worse and worse with each sequal. The characters get more and more boring, more and more unattractive (with an exception of Dexters girlfriend on “Dexter”), I have a hard time watching movies with ugly people in it. So yeah, it sucks, I knew it would. I know the next one will suck but I know we will watch that too (on DVD of course)

What an amazing touching movie! It is incredible to see what one man did for the gay community and to see how one man who is fucked up can destroy him. I cannot believe that Dan White only did 5 years for murdering 2 politicians, because of the fucking Twinkie defence!!!!

I loved it!

About a little boy you wis kinda odd, he is akward and gets bullied at school, he has no friends. A little girl moves into the apartment building and they soon become friends. The little girl is a vampire, her “father” like character kills and drains the victims of their blood to bring back to her. He dies so she is left on her own. This is a very sweet movie but not sweet in a cute way. This might be my second favorite vampire movie next to Martin. I might have given this a higher rating if I had not been forced to watch the dubbed version (broken remote) the dubbing was very distracting.

I’ve gotten over my hate of Jack Black & his constipated acting. I actually sometimes look forward to watching some of his dumb movies because I know they will be just that dumb and usually funny. I put this on as I was dying my hair, knowing I didn’t REALLY have to pay attention. This movie was a pile of shit, it was a little funny.

Ash has been begging to see it so we got it for him. I am not a fan of most animated movies so this was rather stupid for me and I do think if I was a fan I wouldn’t be very impressed. It has all the “spooky” elements there for me to like it but it just didn’t work. Ash who is 6 liked it though.

This movie was the biggest waste of my life ever. I love dumb comedies but this was beyond dumb. It was pathetic! I only chuckled once & it was a pitty chuckle. This movie made me mad

I’ve been wanting to see this since I first heard of it. It is such a great concept: The world is run by one corportaion called GenCo, they loan out body parts on credit, if you don’t pay then the repo man takes the body part back. I’m not goin any further with the details. The mood & the story was great, but the music was horrible, and since it is a musical that is sort of a big deal. I think a young goth kid would love it but the music is not for me.

ps…I think Paris Hilton did great, I’m not a hater.
